Maintain an up to date reflection for campus activities & apply services online using the latest technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Publishing and archiving news and announcements of the University of Technology
Publishing scientific delegations and promotions
Designing facades for the main site of the University of Technology
Create E-mail accounts on the University of Technology for university and teaching staff
Create E-mail accounts for undergraduate and postgraduate students and within e-learning programs
Provide consultations for members of departments, centers, directorates and solutions to their respective websites within university
Training website developers in the UOT departments & centers with a specialized training courses
Preparing the central online servers of the University of Technology to implement and publish the university’s systems
Follow up on the scientific departments and all the centers through a periodic evaluating for the websites
Hold the necessary mechanisms to guarantee the maximum security for university systems servers
Apply & test with latest security updates and patched for the services & systems
Preparing the graphic material necessary to include it in the facades and pages of the websites

Division staff
