
Distinguished Participation of the Information Technology Center Team in the Committees of the Prime Minister’s Initiative “National Job Day”
Under the patronage of Prime Minister Engineer Mohammed Shia’ al-Sudani, the activities of the committees and executive teams responsible for the implementation phases of the “National Job Day” initiative commenced on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at the House of Cultural Affairs, with the attendance of the Prime Minister’s Cultural Affairs Advisor and Director-General of the House, Dr. Aref Al-Saadi, and the head of the initiative’s permanent committee at the Prime Minister’s office.
The event witnessed the direct involvement of members of the arbitration committees and administrative, technical, and technological teams. Among those participating were Asst.L. Abu Bakr Saeb Issa, Asst.L. Mustafa Thamer, and Chief Senior Programmer I. Ban Mohammed Saleh from the Information Technology Center at the University of Technology, who joined the technical and technological committee teams. Dr. Al-Saadi praised the significant efforts exerted by the members of the arbitration committees and work teams, including the technical and administrative staff, in previous seasons, which were among the cornerstones of the project’s success. He emphasized that the success of this initiative could not have been achieved without their dedication and efficiency.
Asst.L. Abu Bakr Saeb Issa was presented with an “AL- Entmaa Shield” in recognition of his outstanding contributions to enriching the initiative in its previous seasons.
It is worth noting that National Job Day is an important annual event aimed at encouraging innovation and recognizing distinguished efforts, contributing to the development of the government work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity, highlighting success stories of employees who have managed to turn challenges and difficult circumstances into opportunities for excellence, and awarding the best among them with the Iraqi State Award for Job Creativity.
The initiative has now become an established approach within government institutions to elevate the value of diligent work and will continue at a steady pace in the coming years, as a serious developmental initiative that embodies the values of job affiliation and loyalty. It serves as a motivator for creativity and efficiency in the government work environment, driving individuals and teams to deliver their output according to quality standards.
